H. Norris Nolle prosequi entered. State vs. Geo. R. Marsh, Concealed weapons. Tried by Jury, and found guilty. State vs Thomas Reagan, selling Liquor without license. Tried by Court and found guilty. State vs. Louis Lawrence, selling Liquor without license. Tried by Court and found guilty. state vs. Chas. H. Dozier, selling Liquor without license. Tried by Jury and found not guilty. State vs. Sutton Robinson; charged with carrying concealed weapons. Bond forfeited. Amount of bond $50. State vs. Daniel Warner; charged with carrying concealed weapons. Bond forfeited. Amount of bond $100. State vs. Rufus Robinson; charged with carrying concealed weapons. Bond Forfeited. Amount of bond $100. State vs. Ralph Smith; charged with assault wth intent to kill; found guilty of assault. Sentenced to pay a fine of $20 and costs, and to be confined in the parish jail for 25 days, and in default of payment of fine and costs, to be confined 25 days more. State vs. A. E. Watson; charged with carrying concealed weapons. Continued. State vs. A. E. Watson; charged with resisting an officer. Continued. State vs. J. W. Beamen; charged with obstructing navigation of Red River. Continued. State vs. Octo Morton and Wm. Clark; charged with larceny. Tried by jury and found guilty. Octo Morton was sentenced to five days in the parish prison and Wm. Clark to fifteen days in the parish prison. State vs. Clarence P. Carter; charged with carrying concealed weapons. Tried by Jury; found guilty. Sentenced to pay a fine of $20 and costs and to be confined in the parish jail for the period of 25 days, and in default of payment of fine and costs, 25 days more. State vs. Louis Lawrence tried and convicted last Monday for selling liquor without a license, was sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and costs, and in default thereof to be confined in the parish jail for the period of 15 days. State vs. Thos. Reagan, tried and convicted last Monday of selling liquor without license, was sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and costs, and in default of payment thereof to be confined in the parish jail for the period of 15 days. Geo. Marsh, tried for carrying concealed weapons on last Monday, was sentenced to a fine of $30 and costs, and to be confined in the parish jail for the period of 25 days, and in default of payment of fine and costs, to be confined 25 days more. State vs. Pascal Robinson; charged with assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to kill and murder; continued by consent. State vs. Louis Lawrence; charged with selling liquor without license. Motion for new trial filed and overruled. State vs. E. J. Barrett; charged with selling liquor without license. Tried by Jury; verdict not guilty. State vs. Pat. Barrett; charged with selling liquor without license. Tried by Jury; verdict not guilty. State vs. Pat. Smith; charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Bond forfeited. (Amount of bond, $50) State vs. Wm. Chrestoe, (col.); charged with larceny. Tried by Jury; verdict not guilty. State vs. John Riley, (col.); charged with carrying concealed weapons. Pleaded guilty. Sentenced to pay a fine of $10 and costs of prosecution, and to be confined in parish jail for the period of 25 days, and in default of payment of fine and costs, 10 days additional. State vs. Peter Paul; cahrged with larceny; continued. State vs. Francis M. Perkins; charged with assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to kill; continued. State vs. R. C. Rogers; charged with assault and battery. Nolle prosequi entered. State vs. Lizzie Burke (col.); charged with assault. Nolle prosequi entered.
