and carrying concealed weapons.

Court met promptly at 9 a.m. Tuesday as per adjournment.  His Honor, 
Judge Blackman, presiding.  The following cases set for yesterday were 
disposed of as follows:
2614. Fluck vs. Fluck.  Continued.
2858. F.M. Raxsdale vs. D.C. Paul, tax collector; reassigned.
3874. Bank of Commerce vs. Jno. Foison.  Judgment of non-suit.
2879. C.S. Mueller vs. Bloom & Co.  Mr. Bloom, garnishee.  Sustained.
