JOHN BOGAN  vs.  WILLIAM HOBBY & JOS. T. HATCH

In this case, by reason of the law and evidence being in favor of the 
Plaintiff, John Bogan, it is order, adjudged & decreed, that Plaintiff 
recover of the Defendant Joseph T. Hatch the sum of:

One thousand ($1000.00) dollars with interest at the rate of eight per 
centum per annum, from the third day of April A.D. 1869 until paid, 
subject to a credit of two hundred & fifty ($250) dollars as paid on 
the 10th day of April A.D. 1867 & costs of this suit to be taxed.

Done and signed in open court on this 24th day of November A.D. one 
thousand, Eight hundred and sixty eight.
