Buchanan and Mrs. R. M. Wiseman Alexandria NOTICES Meetings will be held the first Wednesday of each month at 2:30 o'clock p. m., except July and August, in the homes of the members. The Board of Directors shall meet the Friday morning preceeding [sic] the regular monthly meeting at 9:30 a. m. Annual dues are $1.00, payable in October. A member whose dues are unpaid by the 1st of January, three notices of failure being given, shall be dropped from rnembership. Exhibit any plant or flower of interest or merit at meetings. Ribbon awards shall apply toward prize at end of year. Members are asked to co-operate with the Club in the Christmas decoration contest. There will be a Garden Tour in April.
