Real Estate Agent - For the sale of plantations, Town lots, Prairie, and swamp
lands, also for the rent of plantations.  Persons wishing to sell or rent
through my Agency will furnish me with Plans of their property; giving full

Plantation For Rent - The McNutt Plantation, seven hundred acres cleared,
eight miles from town on Bayou Rapides, with new Dwelling [old one burned by
Yankee soldiers or Jayhawkers ?].  No gin.
