I inclose affidavit from H.J. Bennett who is 86 years old
and blind and helpless and who is being kept and cared for
by friends as he has no relatives to care for him. Please
give this matter your attention and if possible allow him the
full 1/4 ending March 31st which would take care of the 
Burrial expenses of Mrs Bass. Thanking you for any curticies
you may be able to show this aged veteran
