Dear Sir.
The Board has examined your application for pension and rejected
it with the remark. "Affidavits not specific". They say that you
were in the war with them, but do not specify when, where, or in
what Command or where you were paroled. You should consult the 
Clerk of the Court in getting up such proof as this, so as to
have it full and explicit.
