ALPHONSE BORDELON DIES AT AGE OF 69
Alphonse Evans Bordelon, 69. died in a hospital here
at 11 a.m. Tuesday.  He was a retired carpenter and a
native of New York City.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Neva Lemoine Bordelon;
six son, Raymond E. Bordelon and Gerald Joseph
Bordelon both of Marksville, Richard Paul Bordelon of
New Orleans, Rodney John Bordelon of Hessmer, Alphonse
Bordelon Jr. of Meridan, Miss., and Charles Joseph
Bordelon of Alexandria; four daughters, Mrs. Nell
Aantrone, Mrs. patricia Townley, Mrs. Gayle Kimbrell
and Miss Dianna Bordelon, all of Alexandria; a half
brother, Evel Bordelon of Alexandria; Twenty-five
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The body is at Hixson Bros. Funeral Home where a
rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today.  Funeral services
will be in St. Rita's Catholic Church Thursdy at 10
a.m.  Burial will be in Forest lawn memorial Park.
