Deceased was born and reared in Rapides parish, and had resided in Alexandria for the past thirteen years. He had been in ill health for several years, and had been confined to bed since last July. He is survived by his wife, one son and two daughters, as follows: Ostrice Price, Myrtis and Mena M. Price. He also leaves the following brothers and sisters: W.C., J.T., J.F. Price of Alexandria; Mrs. E.L. Gossett of Monroe; Mrs. H.E. Duke, of Vicksburg, Miss.; Mrs. Chester McClelland, of Alexandria. His funeral will take place at 5 o'clock this afternoon. The procession will leave the family residence at that hour and proceed to the Methodist Cemetery; in Pineville, where interment will be made under the direction of Hixson Bros.
