Morrow as security, are held and firmly bound unto the Governor of Louisiana, in the full sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for the payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, and administrators jointly and severally by these presents. Dated at Marksville, LA, this 9th day of Oct A.D. 1933. Whereas a license has this day been issued by the Clerk of Court, in and for the Parish of Avoyelles, to unite in the bonds of matrimny, the above bounden C. V. Clark and Miss Edna Marie Cobb of the Parish of Avoyelles. Now, therefore, the condition of the above obligation is such that if there should be no legal impediments to this alliance then said obligation to be null and void, else, to remain in full force and virtue. Clark, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is not related to Miss Edna Marie Cobb in the degree prohibited by law and that he has the consent of his parents as well as that of her parents to get this license.
