Laney, being the undivided 67-240 interest in and to lots 1 and 3 of square 8 of the upper suburbs of Alexandria, La., bounded in the rear by Red River, above by property of Louisa Simonds, below by Fish street, and in front by Second street, with the buildings and improvements thereon.
