BALKWIN & Co. vs. A. STERN By virtue of a writ of fieri facias issued in above styled and numbered cause from the Clerk of the 10th Judicial District Court of Louisiana, in and for said parish, and to me directed. I have seized and will offer for sale, at public auction, to the last and highest bidder, within the legal hours of eleven o'clock a. m. and four o'clock p.m, in the manner prescribed by law, in fron of T. E. PAXTON'S warehouse in town of Coushatta, on SATURDAY, MAY 2nd A.D. 1885 the following personal property to wit: Four bales of Cotton, Seized as property of defendant, ADOLPH STERN, and will be sold to pay and satisfy said writ of fieri facias, together with all cost.
