Delinquent Tax Debtors By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Louisiana, I will sell, at the principal front door at the courthouse, in which the Civil District Court of said Parish is held, within the legal hours for judicial sales, beginning at eleven o'clock a. m. and four p.m. on SATURDAY, MAY 16TH A. D. 1885 and continuing on each successive day until said sales are completed, all immovable property on which taxes are now due to the State of Louisiana and Parish of Red river, to enforce collection of taxes assessed in the year 1884, at the rate of three per cent per month until paid, and all costs. The sale will be without appraisement for cash in legal tender money of the United States and the property shall be redeemable at any time for the space of one year by paying the price given, with twenty percent and all penalties.
