                   SHERIFF'S OFFICE
                  COUSHATTA, LA. FEB. 21, 1885

   To all persons engaged in a business upon which a license is imposed, are 
hereby notified to call at my office and pay your State and Parish Licenses 
for the current year before the 31st day of March, 1885, to avoid costs and 
penalties.
