SCHEEN vs. JAS. F. PIERSON By virtue of a writ of fieri facias, issued in the above styled and numbered causes, from the Clerk of the Tenth Judicial District Court, in and for said parish and state, and to me directed, I have seized and will offer for sale, at public auction, to the last and highest bidder, within the legal hours of sale, at the court-house door in the town of Coushatta, Louisiana on SATURDAY, APRIL 19TH, 1884 the following personal belongings of the defendant, to wit: A certain tract of land situated in the town of Coushatta, commencing twenty-five feet above the lot owned by JAMES A. BELL, on Front Street two hundred feet; thence down Julia Street two hundred feet to within twenty-five feet of JAS. A. BELL'S lot, then to point of beginning. Seized as the property of JAMES F.
