   SPECIAL TERM -- His Honor, JUDGE LYNN BOYD WATKINS has ordered a special 
term of the District Court for this parish to begin on Monday, the 18th inst. 
JUDGE PICKINS will open Parish Court on the same day, and will continue to 
hold, or will adjoin, as circumstances require.
