EVA McGRAW ET ALS to J. OLIVER McGRAW Filed for Record April 19, 1907 STATE OF LOUISIANA PARISH OF RED RIVER Be it remembered, that on this the 18th day of January 1907, before me, EDWIN H. CARTER, a Notary Public, appointed, commissioned and sworn for and within the parish and state aforesaid, personally came and appeared MRS. A. WINGO, joined, aided and authorized by her husband SILAS WINGO, both residents of Prague, in the State of Oklahoma, EVA MARTIN, herein joined, aided and authorized by her husband, ED MARTIN, and MRS. BEATRICE ELLIOTT herein joined, aided and authorized by her husband, J. M. ELLIOTT, all residents of the Parish of Red River and MRS. JEFFRUS DAVIS, joined, aided, and authorized by her husband, HENRY DAVIS, both residents of the Parish of Bienville, State of Louisiana, and EDWARD M. HAND, Natural Tutor of the minors of MRS. LAURA McGRAW HAND, deceased, being authorized and acting in pursuance of the advice and recommendations of a family meeting, and MRS. J. E. McGRAW of the Parish of Red River, who stated and declared unto me Notary that they have this day and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and deliver with full warranty against all former proprietors of the property presently conveyed unto J. OLIVER McGRAW, a resident of the Parish of Red River, State of Louisiana, all of their rights, title and interest in and to the following described property situated in the Parish of Red River and more particularly described as follows: South East quarter and East half of South west quarter of Nort East quarter of Section Eleven (11) Township Fourteen (14) Range Nine (9) less four acres for a camp ground and less timber sold to The Globe Lumber Co. To have and to hold said described property unto said purchaser, their heirs and assigns forever. This sale is made for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred dollars cash, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The vendee being now present declares that he accepts the foregoing sale and transfer and waives and dispenses with the production of a mortgage certificate as required by article 3364 of the Revised Civil Code of this state and exonerates me said Notary from all liability in consequence of the non production of same. All taxes, State, Parish and Muncipal assessed against said property have been paid as is shown by the Tax Collector's receipts. Thus done and passed before me at my office in the Town of Coushatta in the presence of GEO. R. SUTTON and W. S. TRICNEL, good and competant witnesses, who sign hereto together with said parties and me said Notary on the day and date first in the beginning written as the date hereof. Attest: GEO. R. SUTTON W.
