U. S. W W I Mother's Pilgrimage, 1930
   VINCENT SHIVERS JR.  of Armistead, Red River Parish, was killed while in 
service during World War I. SHIVERS is buried in the Oise-Aisne Cemetery in 
Europe. He was the son of MRS. JENNIE SHIVERS of Armistead (in 1930). He 
served with the 314th Lab Battalion.
