  ROY CECIL NORRED of Red River Parish, was born on Jan. 27, 1913 and died 
Aug. 1, 1970. His service record is recorded on this tombstone: La. Pfc Co E 
156 Inf WWII. He is buried in the Bethel Cemetery in Red River Parish.
