JOHN MARTSTON, president; B. C. LEE, T. B. SELBY, JOHN CRICHTON and C. J. CONLY. No mention of those absent, if they were. Matters acted on included: MR. CRICHTON reported that he had investigated the petition of FLIPPINGS and would recommend that his petition be denied which report was adapted. Petition of MR. J. P. GRICE asking that he be allowed to change road was granted.
