LILLIE BELLE CLEMONS, 81, will be held on Monday, Nov. 30, 1998, at 10 a.m. in the Rose Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Coushatta. Officiating will be the REV. BENNIE ALFORD, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Coushatta. Interment will follow at the Memories Lawn Cemetery in Natchitoches. Visitation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 29, from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.. MRS. CLEMONS went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Nov. 28, 1998, at Schumpert Medical Center. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Coushatta. MRS. CLEMONS was a retired nurse from the L.S. Huckabay Memorial Hospital of Coushatta. She was preceded in death by her husband, C.C. CLEMONS and her daughter, MARVEL CLEMONS MOORE. MRS. CLEMONS is survived by the loving support of her daughter, MAJORIE LOFTIN and husband, THOMAS, of Shreveport; sister, VERA WOODS of Mansfield; three grandchildrenk THOMAS GLYNN LOFTIN and wife, LAVENDA of Shreveport, KENNETH ALAN LOFTIN and wife JOHANNA, of Elm Grove, and CHARLES WILEY LOFTIN and wife, JULIE, of Atlanta, Ga.; four great grandchildren, ALICIA, MORGAN, TRAVIS and ANNA LOFTIN; and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be GLYNN LOFTIN, KENNETH LOFTIN and CHARLES LOFTIN; grandsons, EARL JOHNSON, JR., REUBEN WOODS and BOB McFARLAND.
