Officiating will be REV. WILEY COLE. Internment will be at Clear Springs Cemetery in Martin. Family will receive friends at the Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home of Coushatta from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21, 2004. TERRY WAYNE passed away suddenly, Nov. 30, 2004, in Coushatta where he was born and was a lifelong resident. After graduating from Martin High School, he attended Northwestern State University and was awarded degrees in Business and Economics. He was a member of the Louisiana National Guard, a Deacon and Adult Sunday School Teacher of Bethel Baptist Church. He was co-owner of Red River Gravel Company. During his life, he was a lover of the great outdoors, where he enjoyed hunting, fishing and bird watching. He was a devoted husband and enjoyed spending time doing projects with his wife. His wife, children, grandchildren, extended family and church family filled his daily walk with the lord. He was a loving son, spending countless hours helping care for his mother. TERRY was preceded in death by a daughter, LORI ELIZABETH; his father, M. B. DUPREE SR.; two sisters: SUE ANN MORGAN and BENNIE SEWELL, and father-in- law, ROY LOFTIN. He is survived by JEANNIE LOFTIN DUPREE, his loving wife of 35 years; son, CHAD DUPREE and wife, JENNIFER of Bossier City; daughters KIRSTA BASS and husband, MIKE, of Dermot, Ark. and ERIN DUPREE of Shreveport; grandchildren: ABIGAIL and NATHAN BASS and CAROLINE DUPREE. He is also survived by his mother, NONA A. DUPREE; six brothers, MERCER B. MELVIN "BUNTLEY", DONALD ROY, IVY B., DAVID and RANDALL "POGO" DUPREE; four sisters: KATHLEEN FORREST, JOY DUPRESS, TRUDY ANDERSON and BETH HART; and mother-in-law, GLADYS LOFTIN. Pallbearers will be nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons of Bethel Baptist Church.
