Coushatta Citizen  May 7, 1992
   Funeral services for MISS LORI ELIZABETH DUPREE, of Coushatta, were held at 
3 p.m. Monday, May 4, 1992, at the First Baptist Church in Coushatta, with the 
REV. WILEY COLE and the REV. DAVID DUPREE officiating. Burial was in Clear 
Springs Cemetery.
   LORI passed away May 2, 1992. She was born Sept. 27, 1974.
   LORI was a member of the Riverdale Academy Lady Rebels Basketball Team, 
receiving All-District honors two years, All-State honors 1992 and LISA all 
Star, 1992. LORI was also a member of the Riverdale Track Team for four yers,m 
receiving various honors in relays and long jump. She was a member of the 1992 
Tennis Team, and was voted class favorite and most athletic.
   LORI was active in Red River Parish 4-H Club, receiving many honors with 
her Lamb projects. She was an honor student, receiving straight A honor roll 
three times during her Senior year. She was a participant in Northwest 
Louisiana Scholastic Rally for two years in Spanish I, Chemistry, Spelling, 
and Spanish II. She recently qualified in State Scholastic Rally in Spanish II.
   Survivors include her parents, MR. and MRS. TERRY WAYNE DUPREE of 
Coushatta; one brother, CHAD DUPREE of Coushatta; two sisters, KRISTA and ERIN 
DUPREE, both of Coushatta; maternal grandparents, MR. and MRS. ROY LOFTIN of 
Coushatta; paternal grandparents, MR. and MRS. M. B. DUPREE SR. of Coushatta.
   LORI touched the hearts of all those with whom she came in contact. She is 
loved, and will be missed by those who hold her dear.
