   Funeral services for MRS. NELLIE TULANE EVANS, 56, of Houma, La., were held 
at 2 p.m. Friday, May 1, 1992 at the Evergreen Church with REV. KELLEY 
officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.
   MRS. EVANS passed away April 27, 1992 at her residence in Houma. She was a 
homemaker and a Baptist. MRS. EVANS was born in Martin on May 13, 1935.
   Survivors include her husband, JOHNNIE EVANS of Houma; one son, ROBERT 
WAYNE EVANS of Houma; one daughter, BRENDA ELAINE EVANS FLORES of Houma; one 
brother, BILLY D. DAVIS of San Antonio, Tx.; one half brother, SAMMIE WILSON 
of Coushatta.
   Services were under the direction of Rocketj-Nettles Funeral Home of 
Coushatta.
