Henry Van Johnson

Funeral services for Mr. Henry Van Johnson, 69, will be held at 2 p.m. 
Saturday, June 19, 2004, at Elizabeth Full Gospel Baptist Church in Coushatta 
with the Rev. Richard Logan officiating. Burial will follow at Old St. Mary 
Cemetery in Red River Parish under the direction of Miller-Pioneer Funeral 
Home in Minden.

Visitation will be held today, June 18, at the funeral home.Mr. Johnson, a 
resident of Coushatta, passed away Saturday, June 12, at Life Care Hospital.

He is survived by his mother, Annie Johnson; sons, Melvin Johnson, Kevin 
Johnson, Don Johnson, and Keith Johnson, all of Houston, Texas; daughters, 
Carolyn Johnson and Renae Johnson, both of Houston; brothers, Earskine Johnson 
of Houston, Walter Johnson, Willie Johnson and Billy Johnson, all of 
California; sisters, Gloria Speed and Lula Evans, both of Coushatta, Norma 
Ashley of California and Mary McDonald of Kansas City, Mo.
