   SHREVEPORT, LA. -- Funeral services for JACQUELYN ADAMS SMITH, 81, will be 
held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2008 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. 
Officiating will be REV. TOM HOWE, REV. WILLIS DEAR and REV. TROY PARKER. 
Interment will follow in Springville Cemetery in Coushatta.
   Vistation will be Friday, June 13, from 5 to 7 p.m.
   MRS. SMITH was born December 24, 1926 to CLAUDE RAY and EDNA ADAMS. She 
passed away June 12, 2008 in Shreveport. MRS. SMITH was a retired bookkeeper. 
She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
   She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband CHARLES SMITH.
   She is survived by daughters, LISA GORMAN and husband, MELVIN, KRISTI SMITH 
and husband, DOUG; grandchildren, JOSH GORMAN and wife LEANN, STEPHEN SMITH 
and LINDSAY SMITH; great-grandchildren, KAITLYN, CAMDEN, BAYLEE, TYLER, FAITH 
and HOPE; brother, CLAUDE RAY ADAMS, JR. and a host of nieces and nephews.
   Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
