   RINGGOLD, May 26 (Special) -- MRS. ROSA LOFTIN WOODARD, 81, died today at 
her residence in Social Springs Community, near here.
   MRS. WOODARD had lived in Red River Parish all her life.
   Services will be held at 4 p.m. at the Social Springs Baptist Church. 
Burial will be in Holly Springs Cemetery with Conger Funeral Home of Ringgold 
in charge.
   Survivors include four daughters, MRS. CLEVIN RACHAL of Ringgold, MRS. 
WILLIAM LONG of Coushatta, MRS. RAY BRASWELL of Ringgold, MRS. ELVIS BRASWELL 
of West Lake; four step-sons, EUGENE, EMERY and JULIAN WOODARD, all of 
Ringgold, and BYRON WOODARD of Little Rock, Ark.; 27 grandchildren; 33 great 
grandchildren; and three sisters.
