  BOSSIER CITY, LA. -- Services for FRAN WOODARD of Bossier City, La., will be 
held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 31, 1995, at Rose-Neath's bossier Chapel. 
Officiating will be REV. JIM NUNNELEE, pastor of Bellaire Baptist Church. 
Burial will be in Social Springs near Hall Summit.
  Visitation will be after 2 p.m., Sunday, July 30, 1995 at the funeral home.
  MRS. WOODARD, a native of DeKalb, GA., died July 28, 1995, at Schumpert 
Medical Center. She was a retired supervisor of Pioneer Mortgage and a member 
of Bellaire Baptist Church.
  She is survived by her husband, B. E. "WOODY" WOODARD.
