Among the pleasures of the day, was a Sunday singin', followed by a picnic on the lawn. Here a large crowd assembled at the Springhill Baptist Church for just such a day. Only two men have been identified. On the left in shirt sleeves and vest is Vander Conly and next to him, W. H. Lee. Note the Gay Nineties hats worn by the ladies and the high collars worn by the men.
