Marriage License, and Certificate
             STATE OF LOUISIANA, PARISH OF RED RIVER
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we O. J. COLLINS as principal, and A. H. 
P. RAWLS, as security, are held and bound unto F. T. NICHOLLS, Governor of the 
State of Louisiana, and his successors in office, in the sum of five hundred 
dollars, lawful money, for the payment of which we hereby bind ourselves 
jointly in solido.
      The condition of this obligation is such that whereas the said A. J. 
COLLINS has this day obtained a license to marry LORENA A. WINGO. Now, if, at 
the time said license was granted, there existed no legal impediment to said 
marriage, then this obligation to be null and void, otherwise to be in full 
force and virtue.
        Done and signed this 16th day of July, 1891.

To any Person Authorized to celebrate Marriage in the Parish of Red River, 
Greeting:
You are hereby licensed and permitted to unite in the bonds of matrimony, 
according to law and established rules, MR. A. J. COLLINS and MISS LORENA A. 
WINGO. Given under my hand and seal of office as Clerk of the District Court 
in and for Red River the 16th of July one thousand eight hundred and ninety 
one.

Be it remembered, That in pursuance of a license issued by the clerk of the 
District Court of the Parish,I have performed the solemn rites of matrimony 
between MR. A. J. COLLINS and MISS LORENA A. WINGO on the 19th of July, 1891 
in the presence of the undersigned subscribing witnesses.
