STATE OF LOUISANA PARISH OF RED RIVER
Know all men by these Presents, That we EDWARD E. MARTIN as principal, and 
S.E. WINGO as security, are held and bound unto MURPHY J. FOSTER,Governor of 
the State of Louisiana, and his successors in office, in the sum of five 
hundred dollars, lawful money for the payment of which we hereby bind 
ourselves in solido.
The condition of this obligation as such, that whereas the said EDWARD E. 
MARTIN  has this day obtained a license to marry MISS EVA LEE McGRAW. Now, if, 
at the time of said license was granted, there existed no legal impediment to 
said marriage, then this obligation to be null and void, otherwise to be in 
full force abd virtue.
Done and signed this 20th day of November 1895.

To any Person authorized to Celebrate Marriages in the Parish of Red River -- 
Greeting-- You are hereby licensed and permitted to unite in the bonds of 
matrimony, according to law and established rules, MR. EDWARD E. MARTIN and 
MISS EVA L. McGRAW. Given under my hand and seal of office as Clerk of the 
District Court in and for the Parish of Red River, the 20th day of November, 
1895.

Be it remembered, That in pursuance of a license issued by the 
clerk of the District Court of the Parish of Red River Louisiana, I have 
performed the solemn rites of matrimony between MR. EDWARD E. MARTIN and MISS 
EVA L. McGRAW  on the 21st day of November, 1895, in the presence of the 
undersigned subscribing witnesses.
