STATE OF LOUISANA PARISH OF RED RIVER
   Know all men by these Presents, That we A.J. COLLINS as principal, and O.H
P. RAWLS as security, are held and bound unto F. T. NICHOLLS, Governor of the 
State of Louisiana, and his successors in office, in the sum of five hundred 
dollars, lawful money for the payment of which we hereby bind ourselves in 
solido.
   The condition of this obligation as such, that whereas the said A. J. 
COLLINS has this obtained a  license to mary MISS LORENNA A. WINGO. Now, if , 
at the time of said license was granted, there existed no legal impediment to 
said marriage, then this obligation to be null and void, otherwise to be in 
full force abd virtue.
   Done and signed this 16th day of JULY 1891

To any Person authorized to Celebrate Marriages in the Parish of Red River -- 
Greeting-- You are hereby licensed and permitted to unite in the bonds of 
matrimony, according to law and established rules, MR. A. J. COLLINS and MISS 
LORENA A. WINGO. Given under my hand and seal of office as Clerk of the 
District Court in and for the Parish of Red River, the 16th day of jULY , 1901.

            Be it remembered, That in pursuance of a license issued by the 
clerk of the District Court of the Parish of Red River Louisiana, I have 
performed the solemn rites of matrimony between MR. A. J. COLLINS and MISS 
LORENA A. WINGO on the 19th day of July, 1891, in the presence of the 
undersigned subscribing witnesses.
