STATE OF LOUISIANA
PARISH OF RED RIVER                   Know All Men By These Presents:
That we L. H. NORRIS and C. H. TOWNSEND as Secuirty owe to the Governor of the 
State of Louisiana, or his successor or successors in office, the sum of ONE 
HUNDRED DOLLARS,the payment of which we hereby bind ourselves, our heirs and 
administrators in solido.
Given under our hands at Coushatta, this 16 day of July.
That, whereas, the above bounden L. H. NORRIS has this day obtained a license 
from the Clerk of the District Court of the Parish of Red River, of the State 
of Louisiana  to marry with MISS ETTA WINGO.
Now, if at the time said license was granted there existed no legal 
impediments or obstacles to the celebration then, and in such case, this 
obigation is null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue in 
law.

Celebrate Marriage Within the Parish of Red River Greetings:
YOU ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND EMPOWERED TO CELEBRATE MARRIAGE BETWEEN MR. L. 
H. NORRIS and MISS ETTA WINGO to join them together in Holy and Lawful 
Wedlock, according to law.
Given under my hand and seal of office at Coushatta, Louisiana, this 16 day of 
July, 1918.

Be it REMEMBERED, that by virute of a license issued by the Clerk of the 
District Court of the Parish of Red River, that I, R. W. SINGLETON have 
celebrated marriage between MR. L. H. NORRIS and MISS ETTA WINGO and have 
joined them together in Holy Wedlock, according to law this 16 day of July
1918.
