H. NORRIS and C. H. TOWNSEND as Secuirty owe to the Governor of the State of Louisiana, or his successor or successors in office, the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS,the payment of which we hereby bind ourselves, our heirs and administrators in solido. Given under our hands at Coushatta, this 16 day of July. That, whereas, the above bounden L. H. NORRIS has this day obtained a license from the Clerk of the District Court of the Parish of Red River, of the State of Louisiana to marry with MISS ETTA WINGO. Now, if at the time said license was granted there existed no legal impediments or obstacles to the celebration then, and in such case, this obigation is null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue in law.
