Red River Parish
             STATE OF LOUISIANA, PARISH OF RED RIVER

   Know all men by these Presents, That we, P. W. COLLINS as principal, and W. 
L. ANDERSON as security, are held and bound unto M. J. FOSTER, Governor of the 
State of Louisiana, and his successors in office, in the sum of five hundred 
dollars lawful money, for the payment of which we bind ourselves jointly in 
solido.
   The condition of this obligation is such, that whereas the said P. W. 
COLLINS has this day obtained a license to marry SUSIE KIRKLEY. Now, if, at 
the time said license was granted, there existed no legal impediment to said 
marriage, then this obligation to be null and void, otherwise to be in full 
force and virtue.
   Done and signed this 12th day of January, 1899.

To any Person authorized to Celebrate Marriages in the Parish of Red River -- 
Greeting.

You are hereby licensed and permitted to unite in bonds of matrimony, 
according to law and established rules
              MR. P. W. COLLINS and MISS SUSIE KIRKLEY
   Given under my hand and seal of office as Clerk of the District Court in 
and for the Parish of Red River, the 12th day of January one thousand eight 
hundred and ninety nine.

                CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE
STATE OF LOUISANA
PARISH OF RED RIVER
             Be it remembered, that in pursuance of a license issued by the 
clerk of the District Court of the Parish of Red River, Louisiana, I have 
performed the solemn rites of matrimony between MR. P. W. COLLINS and MISS 
SUSIE KIRKLEY on the 12th of July, 1899, in the presence of the undersigned 
subscribing witnesses.
