STATE OF LOUISANA PARISH OF RED RIVER
   Know all men by these Presents, That we E. M. HAND as principal, and J.M.T.
ELLIOTT, as security, are held and bound unto M. J. FOSTER, Governor of the 
State of Louisiana, and his successors in office, in the sum of five hundred 
dollars, lawful money for the payment of which we hereby bind ourselves in 
solido.
   The condition of this obligation as such, that whereas the said E. M. HAND 
has this day obtained a  license to marry MISS L. A. McGRAW. Now, if , at the 
time of said license was granted, there existed no legal impediment to said 
marriage, then this obligation to be null and void, otherwise to be in full 
force abd virtue.
   Done and signed this 16th day of Oct. 1901

To any Person authorized to Celebrate Marriages in the Parish of Red River -- 
Greeting-- You are hereby licensed and permitted to unite in the bonds of 
matrimony, according to law and established rules, MR. E. M. HAND and MISS 
L.A. McGRAW. Given under my hand and seal of office as Clerk of the District 
Court in and for the Parish of Red River, the 5th day of October, 1892.

               CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE

STATE OF LOUISANA
PARISH OF RED RIVER
            Be it remembered, That in pursuance of a license issued by the 
clerk of the District Court of the Parish of Red River Louisiana, I have 
performed the solemn rites of matrimony between MR. E. M. HAND  and MISS L. A. 
McGRAW on the 9th day of October, 1892, in the presence of the undersigned 
subscribing witnesses.
