Parish of Richland

	BE IT KNOWN, That on this the 19th day of June A.D. nineteen hundred 
and Fifteen before me W. L. Limerick, Notary Public in and for said Parish and 
State, personally came and appeared W. T. Choat, a widower, and a resident of the 
Parish and State Aforesaid who declares that he does by these presents Grant, Bargain, 
Sell, Convey and deliver, with full warranty of title, and with complete transfer and 
subrogations of all rights and actions of warranty against all former proprietors of 
the property hereby conveyed unto Robert Gandy Co., a corporation Chartered under the 
Laws of the State of Louisiana, and doing business at Mangham Parish of Richland, State 
of Louisiana, and herein represented by its President.  W. Sim. Sayre, who is present 
and accepting for the said Corporation.  Who is present and accepting this sale for said 
Corporation its heirs and assigns, the following property, together with the improvements 
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated and lying in the Parish of Franklin, 
State of Louisiana, and particularly described as follows, viz:  East ½ of South West ¼,
 of Section 19, Township 14, North Range 7 East.  The object of this Deed is to sell and 
Transfer 1/3, or all of my interest, in the Estate of My late Father W. F. Choat, located 
in the Parish of Franklin, State of Louisiana.

	TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, The said above described property unto the said purchaser 
their heirs and assigns forever.The price for which the above sale is made is the sum of 
One Hundred ($100.00) Cash in hand paid, and other valuable consideration Dollars, cash 
n hand paid, the receipt of same being hereby acknowledged and full acquittance granted therefore.

	THUS DONE AND PASSED, In the presence of N. J. McConnell and H. B. Chambers.  
Witnesses of lawful age, domiciled in this Parish, who hereunto sign their names, together with 
the said parties and me, the said Notary on the day and date first above written.
