W. Choat of the Parish of Richland said State do hereby bargain and sell to John L. Lacroix all the right, title and interest I have in the following described property for the sum of thirteen hundred ($1300) Dollars lawful money of United States currency cash. S ½ of NE ¼ and NE ¼ of NE ¼, E ½ of NW ¼ of NE ¼; SE ¼ of NW ¼ of SE ¼ and NE ¼ of SW ¼ of Sec. 33, Township 15 N. R. 6 E. containing 260 acres more or less. That the said party of the first for and in consideration of the sum of thirteen Hundred Dollars lawful money of United States to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part cash and delivery the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have revised released and quit claim unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all the right, title and interest I have to the above numbered land lying in the Parish and State above mentioned together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the revision and revisions remainder and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate, right, title and interest, dower and right of dower, property, procession claim and demand whatsoever as well in land as in equity of the said parties of the first part of in the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigned forever.
