McKay Notary PublIC in and for said Parish and State, personally came and appeared SHIRLEY H. BRADLEY, a married man living in community with his wife, Mrs. RutH Bradley, nee Mosely, a resident of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, whO declares and acknowledges that for theprice hereinafter expressed he has sold, conveyed and delivered, and by these presents does sell, bargain,transfer, assign and set over unto LEROY CASTLEBERRY, a married man living in community with his wife, Mrs. Edna Castleberry,nee Young, a resident of Richland Parish, Louisiana, who is present and accepting this sale for himself, his heirgs and assigns, the following property together with the improvements and appurtenances there unto belonging,situated in the Parish of Richland, State of Louisiana, to-wit: Lot No. 14 of the subdivision entitled "M. M. and M. J. Lizenby Woolen Lake Subdivision" filed under Registry No. 174, 925, in Notarial Book 181, page 568, records of Richland Parish, Louisiana. To have and to hold the said above described property unto the said purchaser, his heirs and assigns forever, with full and complete warranty and guaranty of title with complete transfer and subrogation of all rights and actions of warranty against allformer proprietors. The parties to this act agree to dispense with the production of the Certificate of Mortgage required by Article 3364 of the Revised CivilCode of this State and exonerate me from all liability in the premises.The price for which the above sale is made is the sum of THREE HUNDRED & NO/100 ($300.00) DOLLARS, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Vendor, and full acquittance granted therefor.Thus done and passed, in the presence of Lucille Stephens and Ramona N.Copeland, witnesses of lawful age, domiciled in this Parish, who hereunto sign their names, together with the said parties, and me, the said Notary Public, on the day and date first above written.
