 Governor McEnery has offered a reward for the arrest and conviction of W.T.
Little who, some weeks ago, killed a freedman at Rayville.  Little was until
recently a citizen of Monroe, and an industrious mechanic of peaceable
bearing when not drinking.  He is, we believe a brother-in-law of Senator
Coke, of Texas.
