 Alvin Hutson 

Funeral services for Mr. Alvin Hutson, 71, of Mangham were held 2:00 PM, 
Friday, November 17, 2006 at the Archibald Church of Christ with Bro. Carl 
Huff and Rev.. John White officiating. Interment followed in Gwin Cemetery 
in Mangham under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home of Rayville. 

Alvin Hutson was born on July 30, 1935 in Mangham and passed away on Wednesday, 
November 15, 2006. 

Mr. Hutson was a member of the Archibald Church of Christ. He was preceded 
in death by his parents, Hill and Sallie Hutson; granddaughter, Kayla Madison 
Hutson; great grandson, David Williams; sisters, Erma Thompson Voit and husband, 
Roland and Odell Stephenson and husband, Buddy. 

Survivors include his wife of forty-nine years, Theda “Lucy” Hutson of Mangham; 
three children, Theresa Graham and husband, John Dale of Mangham, Ricky Hutson 
and wife, Angie of Bee Bayou and Patti Tarver and husband, Garland of 
Liddieville, LA; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; sisters, Ruth 
Allen and husband, Luther of Bastrop and Faye Hilburn and husband, Jack of West 
Monroe and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Pallbearers were Daniel Hutson, Josh McCarty, Nick Hutson, Don Toney, Daniel 
Toney and Dr. Ron Morgan.
