Brown DELHI - Funeral services for Randle R. Brown, 79, of Princeton, La., were held at 10 AM Monday, August 26 in the Hill Crest Memorial Home chapel, Highway 80 East. Interment was in the Delhi Masonic Cemetery in Delhi, Monday, August 26. Mr. Brown died Friday, August 23, in the W. K. Bossier Health Center after a sudden illness. He was a native of Mangham and resided in the Shreveport/Bossier City area for 45 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Della (Nobles) Brown; his first wife, the mother of his children, Johnnie (Watson) Brown; two grandsons, Mark Evans and Nick Christy and one brother, Ervin Gene Brown. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nona Brown; five daughters, Mrs. Annie Dee Brown Evans, Mrs. Laura Brown Foster, Mrs. Barbara Brown Guillen, Mrs. Patsy Brown Harris and Mrs. Carol Brown Christy; one son, Gary Brown; three brothers, Jack Brown, Cecil Brown and Noble Brown; five sisters, Mrs. Myrtis B. Flint, Mrs. Myrtle B. Haire, Mrs. Pearlie B. Weems, Mrs. Edna B. Southall and Mrs. Jewel B. Dear.
