Billy J. Nolan Sr.

Funeral services for Mr. Billy Joe Bill Nolan Sr.,54, of Rayville, were held 
Sunday, August 8,2004at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Rayville with theRev. Harold 
Spillers and the Rev. Alvin Stowe officiating.Burial followed in Oak Ridge 
Baptist Cemetery in Oak Ridge under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral
Home of Rayville.

Mr. Nolan was born on January 19, 1950 and passed away on August 6, 2004.

Mr. Nolan was a member of Midway Baptist Church of Holly Ridge and an employee 
with the Richland Parish Police Jury.

Mr. Nolan was survived by his wife, Velma L. Nolan of Rayville; daughters, 
Vanessa Tibbs of Rayville, Becky Tibbs of Rayville, and Patricia Nolan of 
Rayville; son,Billy Nolan Jr. and wife Angie of Rayville; father, Brodis
Nolan of Rayville;grandchildren,Tiffany Nolan, Chris Nolan, Eric Tibbs, 
Joseph Bryant, Jacob Nolan, Austin Nolan, Ashley Hillhouse, and Gregory 
Hillhouse, Jr.; sisters, Mary Yeates of Tallulah,Bonnie Lewis of Rayville; 
brother, Bob Nolan of Rayville; uncle Doyle Bartlett of Alexandria.

Pallbearers were Don McLemore, William Tibbs, Shawn Tibbs,Josh Nolan, 
Darnell Vaughn, Ed Eppinette, Mike Allen, Chris Nolan and Eric Tibbs.

Honaray pallbearers were Eddie Booker, Sherman Ashley,Claude Nobles, 
Tommy Burgess, and Timmy Nolan
