All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Beryl Stark Parham Funeral services for Beryl Stark Parham, 85, of Baton Rouge, formerly of Mangham, were held March 6, 2002 at Mangham United Methodist Church with Rev. Henry Stone officiating. Burial followed in Gwin Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home. Mrs. Parham died March 3, 2002, in Baton Rouge. She was a graduate of Mangham High School and North Louisiana College. She also attended Louisiana State University. Mrs. Parham was a member of First United Methodist Church, in Baton Rouge, and was a member of P.E.O. Chapter W, the D.A.R., and American Legion Auxillary, and many other civic and community organizations. Mrs. Parham was preceded in death by her paremts, T.W. Stark and Fannie Boughton Stark; her husband Alvin Pink Parham;a daughter Dottie Kate Parham; and a sister, Dorothy Stark Matthews. She is survived by two daughters, Charlotte Parham Craft and her husband, F. Baron Craft of Houston, Texas, and Carmen Parham Butts and her husband, Michael J. Butts, of New Braunfels, Texas; six granchildren, F. Baron Craft, Jr., Claudia Craft Huthnance, and Sharon Craft, all of Houston; Michael J. Butts Jr., of Dallas, Roger Butts of Chicago, Ill., Rachel Butts Tilley, of Austin, Texas; and twin great-granddaughters, Sydney and Anna Renee Huthnance. Serving as pallbearers were Floyd Bruce Boughton, Robert L. "Bubbs" Bell, Rick Hixon,Bryan Hixon, Robert Louis Boughton and Pat Barham. Honorary pallbearers were Bennie Hixon, Charles Tillman, Aubrey B. Parham, Harold Schlais, Honeycutt Foreman, Richard Reynolds, Mark Cooper Brown, Bill Bruce and Jimmy Bruce
