Mr. Bullock was a member of R.F. McGuire Lodge No. 209, initiated on May 10, 1973. He was the Worshipful Master of the Lodge from 1982 to 1984. Charles additionally received his twenty-five year certificate on August 26, 2004. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Vivian Bullock of Delhi, and one son, Kirk Bullock; and his sister, Helen Marie. Charles Howard Bullock was married to Nora for thirty-five years. He is survived by one brother, Foster Bullock and wife, Jeanette of Delhi, LA; two sisters, Fay Kitchens and husband, William of Monroe, LA and Lillian Sue Bullock of West Monroe, LA; special and loving family members, Mike and Yvette Eaton of Fort Polk, LA along with their sons, Dustin and Cody, and Jim and Kim Murphy along with their son, Cody; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Benny Guerrio, Jay Livingston, Charlie "Bubba" Jackson, Richard Jackson, Tony Beach and Bruce Beach.
