Mr. Wade was born on January 8, 1952 and passed away on Thursday July 8, 2004 after a lengthy illness. Mr. Wade was preceded in death by his parents, Lola Mae Evans Wade and Clarence M. Wade, Sr. Mr. Wade is survived by his wife, Terry Wade of Start, LA.; daughter, Mandy Wade of Start; son Tyler Wade of Start; sisters, Jacqueline Beck Mangus and husband Jerry of Decatur, IL., and Lucille Wade of Rayville, a host of nieces and nephews and a special niece arriving in October, Riley. Clarence went to the Big Lake in the Sky today, where the weather is always perfect and the big ones are always biting. We feel certain he will hook up with two old fishing buddies, Jimmy Witty and Rick Spencer, and take off on a celestial fishing trip. What a time they will have for the rest of eternity! Three old fishing buddies back together again; fishing, telling tall tales and catching great old bug “uns”. Clarence’s favorite fishing hole here on earth was Palmyara Lake, spending days on his houseboat where time stood still. Clarence loved fishing more than life itself. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN., In honor of Claude Williams.
