All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Crystal Nicole Lusk Ivy Funeral service for Crystal Nicole Lusk Ivy, 19,of Rayville, LA., were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 15, 2000, at the Midway Baptist Church with the Rev. Alvin Stowe officiating. Burial followed in the Greer Cemetery, under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home of Rayville. Mrs. Ivy died August 12, 2000, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was a homemaker and a member of Midway Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, William Ivy of Rayville, LA; her Son Tyler Lee Ivy of Rayville; her parents , Mary Edna and Stevie Lusk of Rayville; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Barbara and Roger Ivy of Rayville; her brothers, Steven and dustin Lusk of Rayville,her sisters Candace O’Neal and her husband , Daniel and their son, Zachaery, and Betty Lusk all of Rayville; her maternal grandparents, Betty and Richard Reddick of Rayville and Fred Murphy of Rayville; her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Morgan of Wisner, LA.; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Serving as pallbearers were James Thornhill, Adam Parker, James Mullins, John Crumby, Brad Coenen and Buddy Ivy. Honorary pallbearer was Layne Crumby.
