 Douglas H. Marble


Services for Mr. Douglas H. Marble, age 16, of Rayville, LA, 
will be 3:00 PM Sunday, May 30, 2004 at the Riverfield Academy 
with Rev. Benton Moore and Susan Clark officiating. Special Music 
by Chelsea Rogers and Debbie Robinson. Interment will follow in 
Start Cemetery in Start, LA, under the direction of Brown-Holley 
Funeral Home Rayville, LA.
Douglas Marble passed away Friday, May 28, 2004.
Douglas Marble was a member of Boeuf River Baptist Church. He was 
on the Year Book staff at Riverfield Academy. He was a member of the 
Fellowship Christian Society and National Honor Society at Riverfield 
Academy. He was a former member of the Beta Club at Swartz Elementary.
Preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents, Beulah and James "Red" 
Marble and Maternal Grandfather Howard "Buster" Cowden.
Survivors include: parents, Ruth and Berryman Marble; brother: Matt 
Marble and wife Stacey; three nephews: Dakota Marble, Austin Marble, 
and Ryder Marble; one niece: McKenzi Marble; maternal grandmother: 
Gracey Cowden; host of aunts, uncles and cousins, special cousins: 
Brad, Chelsea, Donna, and Lee Roger.
Pallbearers will be Frankie Marble, Jamie Marble, Tim Mondey, Austin Lee, 
Matt Doughty, and Ben Barmore.
Honorary pallbearers will be Students at Riverfield Academy.
Visitation will be 10:00 AM to service time at Riverfield Academy.
