Obituary of Mr. Edmund Connella Williamson
from THE MONROE NEWS-STAR, Monroe, Louisiana Monday, Nov. 9, 1992

Rayville, LA - Services for Mr. Edmund Connella Williamson, 84, of Rayville will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 9, 1992 at Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel in Rayville with Rev. J. P. McKeithen and Rev. Stephen Carter officiating.  Private graveside service will be held later.

Mr. Williamson died Sunday, November 8, 1992 at North Monroe Community Hospital following an extended illness.

Mr. Williamson was a retired farmer and rancher.  He was a member of Union United Methodist Church and W. M. Baker Masonic Lodge #388 in Mangham.  Mr. Williamson  was preceded in death by his wife, Rubye Griggs Williamson and daughter, Ann Cummins.

Survivors include his two sons: Edmund N. Williamson of Rayville and James C. Williamson of Girard, LA; brother: Robert T. Williamson of Leesville; sister: Lucille Ballard of Monroe; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  

Pallbearers will be Charles M. Noble, Jr., Reese Walters, Charles M. Noble, III, Leon McIntosh, Harper Willis and Fred Douciere, Jr.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorials be made to Union United Methodist Church, Rt. 3 Box 744, Rayville, LA 71269 or a favorite charity.
