Services for Mr. Eddie Lee McKnight, Jr., 70, of Monroe, will be Friday, June 18, 2004 at 10:00 AM, in Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Scott Holder and Rev. Wesley Pittman officiating. Burial will be in Twin Cities Memorial Gardens. Mr. McKnight died Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center. He was a member and Deacon of Forest Glade Baptist Church and a U. S. Army Veteran. He retired from Graphics Packaging in West Monroe. Survivors include his wife, Gracie Stewart McKnight; son: Carl McKnight; parents, Eddie Lee, McKnight, Sr. and Mable Sullivan McKnight; brothers: Billy McKnight and Tom McKnight; sister: Francis Beall; and grandchildren: Whitney, Grant, and Cady. Pallbearers will be Billy Wilhite, Carlton Smith, R.L. Johnson, Charles Upton, David Crockett, and J.W. Brasher. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Thursday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Memorials may be made to Forest Glade Baptist Church, West Monroe, LA.
