Allen, age 73. of Rayville, LA, will be 4:00 PM Monday, May 3, 2004 at Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel Rayville, LA, with Rev. Pat Lofton and Rev. Harold Spillers officiating. Burial will be in Rayville Masonic Cemetery Rayville, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Rayville, LA. Mrs. Allen was a member of Eastsided Baptist Church Rayville and was a seamstress at Selig Manufacture in Monroe and was devoted to her family and her friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Allen, two sons, James Taylor Allen, and Frankie James Allen Jr., her parents, Mac Edward Aaron, and Cornelia S. Allen, and a sister, Elsie Aaron. She is survived by two daughters: Myrtice Rials of Bastrop, LA, and Lucille Marble and her husband James of Oak Ridge, LA; three grandchildren: Jamie Marble III and his wife Victoria of Oak Ridge, LA, Sherri Gray and her husband Michael of West Monroe, LA, Frankie Marble and his wife Haley of Texarkana, AR; five great-grandchildren; three sisters: Shirley Bledsoe and Betty Spencer both of Rayville, LA, and Judy Hendricks of Shreveport, LA; three brothers: Willie Allen of Choudrant, LA, James Aaron of Rayville, LA, and Billie Aaron of West Monroe, LA; and special friend: Barbara Hahn of Bastrop, LA. Pallbearers will be Jamie Marble, Frankie Marble, Michael Gray, Glenn Bledsoe, Len Spencer, and Mike Aaron. Honorary pallbearers are Chad Bledsoe, Jeffery Allen, and Chris Spencer. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until service time Monday. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Cherry Ridge Nursing Home and Dr. Allen Spires.
